Contact your store

Carpet supply and fitting

Tell us which rooms you need carpet for, including any stairs or landings. We’ll discuss your choice of carpet, underlay, preparation and fitting, and confirm what is included in the quote.

Vinyl supply and fitting

Bring a room sketch and photographs of the existing floor. We can help you compare finishes and check the preparation needed. Let us know if it is for a kitchen or bathroom so we can check that the product is suitable.

Artificial grass supply and fitting

Share the size of your garden, photographs and any concerns about drainage or access. We’ll explain what needs to be checked and discuss preparation, materials and fitting before agreeing a quote.

Measuring and your quote

Rough measurements are useful when you first contact us. Ask about our free local measuring service, subject to terms, eligibility and availability. We’ll confirm the final quantities, work included, price and appointment arrangements with you.

Before the fitting visit

Please remove existing flooring and clear furniture before fitting. If you need help with either, speak to the store in advance to arrange this at an additional cost. Tell us about access or parking restrictions, and check whether work to doors or appliances is needed.

Laminate supply and fitting

We also supply and fit laminate. Bring your measurements and photographs so we can discuss the flooring, underlay, trims and preparation needed. Your quote will set out the work and materials included.
